How soon is Farm 2 Table delivery in London/Herts/Essex and the rest of the UK?

Most of our products are available for next day delivery (except Mondays) in London/Herts and Essex or next day + 1 for areas served by City Link.

Our delivery services are now available throughout the whole of the mainland UK. We usually use our own vans for delivery in Essex, Hertfordshire and London and City Link courier services cover the rest of the UK 

How will my products stay fresh?

For London/Essex and Hertfordshire delivery we use our own refrigerated vans and for deliveries across the rest of the UK using City Link we have a unique packaging system. We worked with temperature control professionals (Soft Box) to devise a box that works as a coolant and keeps the products at a controlled temperature for 48 Hours. 

How much is the delivery charge and when is the charge free? 

Our standard delivery charge is £7.50 but free when orders are over £75.00 

Can you deliver on a Saturday? 

Please contact us and we shall do our very best. 

Are any items only available in specific locations? 

Items marked with our van icon are not available for delivery to areas served by City Link. This is a very small number of items such Live Lobsters and crabs which are only available with our own delivery service. 

Can I specify the day and time for my delivery?

Please let us know what your preferred day and time when placing your order and we will try our very best to fit with your time, but we shall always keep you informed of when you should expect your delivery.

What do I do if I won't be home for my delivery?

Please ensure that we are given instructions if there is somewhere specific you want us to leave your delivery, for example, with a neighbour. As we are delivering fresh food, unless instructed, we always try to leave the parcel in a safe place rather than return to the depot.
