When?
Book any second Saturday in the month ! Butchery masterclass will be from 10am until 4pm including a break for lunch in the Farm Cafe.

What?
Start the day with a guided tour of the farm before learning the skills and techniques of this age-old trade. Our Master Butcher will explain the process of preparing our meat products for sale - from the field to the fork! This is a hands on experience not just a demonstration - we will provide Butchers tools and coats for the day for you to join in. In the afternoon, experiment with flavours and try your hand at making your own sausages to take home at the end of the day! As well as a photo to remember your day here.  

This is an experience for adults only. Lunch and sausages are included in the price. 

How? 
When we receive your order we will send out the Voucher, Itinerary and Instructions to book to the shipping address you provide us with. All you need to do is give it to the lucky recipient for a present!

Did the one-day butchery course. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Tony and Chris we're passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. There were lots of trade secrets and it was all very hands-on. If you're interested in learning more about what you eat, the value of free range and get some great cookery tips, it's worth doing.

Attended the Butchery Workshop at Church Farm yesterday. There were three of us in the class with Tony and Chris showing us the ropes. It started with a tour of the farm to learn about the livestock (free range, well looked after). We then jointed a chicken and took some cuts of lamb and pork. At the end we made sausages. It was very hands on, really interesting and great fun. This is a great day out if you like food and are interested in where it comes from and how to prepare it. Thanks to Tony and Chris.
